OrangeTheory Fitness is a one hour total body workout. It utilizes the science of a heart rate monitor, coupled with the know how of a certified trainer. One OTF class burns between 500-700 calories, with a 24 to 36 hour after burn effect. The workout changes every day, so boredom is never an issue! Our Fitness Kickboxing classes are 45-50 minute interval training sessions including cardiovascular & resistance training, as well as plyometric exercises and Yoga poses.
